How can I order from Calebasse Création?

To order, simply select the item by clicking on it, then add it to your cart by clicking on the « add to cart » button provided. After having checked your order (item and quantity), you just have to click on the « order » button and follow the instructions by filling in the mandatory boxes.

What should I do when placing an order?

Before validating an order make sure that it corresponds to the chosen product. Also remember to check the quantity. We also remind you that the products in your basket are not reserved. It is therefore recommended to validate the order quickly so that they are not unavailable.

How can I check the status of my order?

All you have to do is go to « view cart » or proceed to located in « Checkout ».

Is it possible to group several orders after placing them?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to group orders together for technical reasons.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payment methods available :

– Payment by Visa and Master Card

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver everywhere in Ivory Coast and internationally.

How is the delivery of my purchases?
Depending on the size and volume of the parcel(s), Calebasse Création will choose one of its service providers to ensure the delivery of your purchases in the best conditions. Bulky parcels are subject to specific costs (see delivery costs). The carrier as well as Calebasse Création cannot be held responsible for an impossibility of delivery due to an inaccuracy of the address you have indicated during your purchases or through phone.
What are the delivery times?

The delivery time is always communicated to you during the purchase on the page of the corresponding article. Standard delivery is made within 72 hours and express delivery within 48 hours.

What should I do if my order is not delivered?

You can report it to our customer service thanks to the « Contact » section at the bottom of the site. We will check your order and you will receive an answer as soon as possible.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched by the Calebasse Création team we will confirm it by email and you can follow the status of your order by logging on to the site.

What is the procedure for item return ?

You have 7 days after receipt of your item to return it to us. Please contact our Customer Service for instructions. Returned items must be in their original packaging and must not have been used or suffered even minimal deterioration. We will not be able to process your return if the packaging or the product is damaged.

How do I know if the product is eligible for a return?

All products are eligible for return unless specified by us on the product sheet.

What is the deadline to return an item?

You have a period of 7 working days from receipt of the products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason. The product must be returned in its original packaging and not have suffered any deterioration even minimal.

What are the deadlines and procedure for reimbursement?

After receipt and validation of the return we will refund you as soon as possible the amount of your order according to the electronic payment option of your choice (subject to transfer costs at your expense Orange money or MTN money).

How do I cancel an order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service directly in the « Contact » tab at the bottom of the page on the site or at the following email address: contact@calebassecreation.com. If it is already with our carrier, it will no longer be possible to intervene on this order. To cancel it, you will have to follow the return procedure (see « Return »). If it is not yet at our carrier we can then cancel your order.
